how to refer a client to us

all referrals can be emailed to: hello@wellnessavenue.com.au

Under the Medicare Better Access to Mental Health Scheme: Clients will be able to access a rebate for up to 6 sessions if they have a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan.

 

If a further support is needed, the GP can review the client’s plan and issue a re-referral for up to 4 additional sessions. We will send through a treatment update + re-referral request. 

 

A maximum of 10 sessions per calendar year may be accessed.

 

If writing a MHTP, please issue it to the individual practitioner and email it through to hello@wellnessavenue.com.au

 

Privately funded clients:

Please email referral letter to hello@wellnessavenue.com.au

 

We follow up with all referrals within 24-48 hours.
