We welcome referrals from GPs, OBGYNs, paediatricians, and allied health professionals across Australia.

Wellness Avenue supports women aged 16 and over, with a particular focus on trauma, perinatal mental health, anxiety, mood disorders, and the intersection of physical and emotional wellbeing.

How to refer: Send your referral letter or Mental Health Treatment Plan to hello@wellnessavenue.com.au addressed to your preferred practitioner. We follow up with all referrals within 24–48 hours and will send you written confirmation once your client has commenced sessions.

Under the Medicare Better Access Scheme: Clients with a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan can access rebates on up to 6 initial sessions, with a further 4 available upon re-referral following clinical review — a maximum of 10 sessions per calendar year.
