how to refer a client to us

Under the Medicare Better Access to Mental Health Scheme: Clients will be able to access a rebate for up to 6 sessions if they have a GP Mental Health Care Plan (item 2710).
If a further allocation of 4 sessions is required this is accessed via review of a GP Mental Health Care Plan (item 2712).
A maximum of 10 sessions per calendar year may be accessed.
If writing a MHCP, please issue it to the individual practitioner and email it through to hello@wellnessavenue.com.au
Privately funded clients:
Please email referral letter to hello@wellnessavenue.com.au
We follow up with all referrals within 24-48 hours.
