PSYCHOLOGY:
UP TO 90 MINUTES - $250
This is a mandatory first session for all new clients. A structured clinical interview exploring your history, presenting concerns, lifestyle, goals, and support systems. This session forms the foundation of your care, allowing us to understand who you are and personalise the support we provide.
A NOTE ON MEDICARE:
If you have a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP), you are eligible for a Medicare rebate on psychology sessions — up to 10 sessions per calendar year. You pay the full fee on the day and receive your rebate directly from Medicare. Your GP can address the plan to your chosen practitioner at Wellness Avenue.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We require 48 hours notice for all cancellations. Cancellations within 24–48 hours incur an $100 fee. Cancellations within 24 hours or non-attendance incur the full session fee. Cancellation fees are not eligible for Medicare rebates.
